I am a psychotherapist who works through an anti-oppression lens, centering the needs of BIPOC women seeking care. I’m passionate about providing culturally affirming, trauma-informed therapy that is grounded in research and tailored to the unique needs of each individual I work with.

My therapeutic style is warm, nonjudgmental, direct—and a little irreverent. As a relational therapist I believe in the healing power of therapeutic attachments and I draw from a variety of modalities, including client-centered, psychodynamic, mindfulness-based approaches, parts work, DBT, and EMDR. The approaches I’m most drawn to reflect my belief that people have an innate capacity to heal.

CPTSD Healing the wounds of prolonged or repeated trauma

I help individuals who have experienced (Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) —such as chronic neglect, abuse, or toxic relationships—reconnect with safety and self-trust. Therapy focuses on emotional regulation, identity repair, and recovery at your own pace.

I specialize in helping clients process and heal from both acute and chronic trauma, using evidence-based approaches to gently rebuild trust, resilience, and emotional balance.

DEPRESSION Reigniting hope and reconnecting to life

When you're experiencing depression, it can feel like you're living under a heavy weight that dims joy, motivation, and connection. I work with clients to gently uncover the emotional, relational, or biological factors contributing to their depression. Together, we focus on building self-compassion, reconnecting with purpose, and cultivating hope for change.

ANXIETY Creating calm and clarity from within

Anxiety can show up as racing thoughts, constant worry, or physical tension that seems impossible to shake. Whether it stems from stress, trauma, or life transitions, I help clients understand the root causes of their anxiety and develop practical tools for managing it. Our work focuses on creating calm, clarity, and greater confidence in daily life.
